By placing an order with Garden of Eden Yorkshire Ltd (gardenofedenhydroponics.co.uk) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You must be 18 or over to place an order and purchase products from us, by any method.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell you any of our products.

All prices shown include VAT where applicable, but delivery charges are separate. All prices shown are subject to change at any time.

We reserve the right to substitute any product displayed with one of equal value, quality and properties.

Ordering from gardenofedenhydroponics.co.uk website means that you create an account with Garden of Eden Yorkshire Ltd.

Items for sale by Garden of Eden Yorkshire Ltd, on this website are subject to availability. Unavailable items on your order will not be charged, or if payment has already taken place an appropriate refund will follow immediately. We do endeavor to have all products in stock at all times but we can accept no responsibility for compensating your losses due to unavailable stock.

Product descriptions are a combination of information provided by the manufacturer and our own experience. We try to provide as much product information as is feasible, but should you find that, on delivery, you have unsuitable items then you may return them within 14 days, for a full refund. The unsuitable item must be undamaged and in it’s original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please complete and enclose the Unsuitable Item Returns Form with your package, ensuring you use a reputable parcel courier for your return. Please note return postage costs are not refundable. We do endeavor to have comprehensive product descriptions but we can accept no responsibility for compensating your losses due to receipt of unsuitable items.

If you receive damaged items on your order you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can efficiently deal with replacement or refund. Please follow the instructions on the Damaged Item Returns Form. We can accept no responsibility for compensating your losses due to damaged stock on arrival.

All your in stock items will generally be dispatched to you within 2 working days. Unforeseen transportation problems may delay your delivery but we can accept no responsibility for compensating your losses due to delayed delivery.

You will be informed by e-mail, fax or telephone of any out of stock items that will not be available for longer than a week; you may then decide whether to keep these items on back order. We can accept no responsibility for compensating your losses due to immediately unavailable stock.

All images and text relating to the sale of items by Garden of Eden Yorkshire Ltd and gardenofedenhydroponics.co.uk website remain the property of Garden of Eden Yorkshire Ltd and any unauthorized use will be charged at £100 per day for individual images and £3 per day individual words.
